This package is for Teams and Offices and includes the following setup for the Team/Office website:
- Configure all Web and IDX settings
- Customize homepage with up to 24 featured search areas, 12 quick search links, and multiple calls to action – home valuation, map search, market reports, get pre-approved, blog, contact us, etc. (based on the template you select) – The customizations we add to the team/office homepage will trickle down and push the design to all Agent sites in that team/office.
- Add team/company bio to profile
- Turn on Smart Campaigns for New Buyers and New Sellers (Customization of campaigns not included)
- Connect social media accounts
- Add image or video to header section of website
- Set color theme for the website
- Add website title and meta description that will help with organic SEO
- Set up Facebook Messenger on website
- Add up to 15 testimonials to website
- Add listing carrousels to homepage
- Set property types to display on website
- Set up service areas and add keywords for each area that will help with organic SEO
- Customize the main navigation of website
- Set up Blog and write one blog post
- Add preferred lender/get pre-approved link
- Create custom pages for up to 12 service areas – we will add keywords to these pages that will help with organic SEO and add these pages to an Area Info tab in the main navigation
* Individual Agent setup is not included with this package. Please reach out to us for a quote to set up kvCORE for all of your Agents.
Note: The homepage customization will only trickle down to Agents belonging to your Team/Office in your kvCORE account.
All services will be limited to options available in the backend of kvCORE which may change without notice. This includes the website templates available in your kvCORE which may vary by office.
